Attune back-to-school e-book

A free Back-to-School lunch e-book

Since we’ve been back from our road trip, I’ve cast off the lazy days of summer mindset and am hitting the ground running every morning. I’ve been unprepared for the start of school before and don’t care to go down that painfully bumpy road again.

Our Β lists of school supplies have been crossed off and the new items zipped into new backpacks. We’ve spent a few afternoons cooking and tucked away some quick dinners in the freezer. Β We have a menu plan and the laundry pile is evenΒ down to zero. I know.

All that is left to do is to get organized for back-to-school lunches. Fortunately, I’ve got back up for that.

Attune Foods asked me to contribute to their back-to-school e-book and while my epic summer project should have required me to say no, I have a fondness for this whole foods company and what they stand for. I’m proud to have been a part of their tidy little e-book. Did I mention that it is free?

  1. Hi Aimee –

I love your site and all your recipes and was excited to try these bars today. However mine didn’t seem to want to set up. I did sub some agave for the brown rice syrup, as I didn’t have any rice syrup, and when I pulled them out of the fridge several hours later to cut, they just fell apart on me. Any suggestions?

    • Hi Jennifer. Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, this is one recipe where the brown rice syrup really cannot be replaced with agave. I’m sorry for your trouble. Perhaps I’ll update the recipe as I don’t want other making the same assumption. It just doesn’t have the binding power that the BRS has.

  2. Oh how awesome :) I’d love to give these a try
