Ingredients
4cupsall-purpose flour
4cupswhole wheat flour
1/4cupraw cane sugar
2Tablespoonsbaking powder
1Tablespoonbaking soda
1 1/2teaspoonssea salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to a large jar or container and store in a cool, dry place.
Notes
Store at ROOM TEMPERATURE in a covered container or bag for 1 month Store IN FRIDGE in a covered container or bag for 3 months Store IN FREEZER in a freezer-safe container or bag for 6 to 8 months. Use directly from the freezer.
