Thanks for including my raspberry balsamic jam! All of these recipes look absolutely delicious!
What a great list of resources!
I think I’ve made everything on your list except homemade ketchup. I honestly never even thought about making my own ketchup before. I should probably give it a try!
Thanks so much for including my basic salsa. There are also recipes for kosher dills, pickled okra and strawberry preserves on my blog as well.
Thank you so much or
Thank you so much for including my Sand Pear Chutney in the Savory section! I am so proud to be featured with all of these wonderful canners. The recipes look marvelous.
My friend Jamie cans chicken every Fall. It actually tastes really good.
All of your ideas are making me hungry. It’s only March in Minnesota and I am already looking forward to planting the garden and then waiting, waiting and some waiting! My specialty is canning tomatoes with the onions, peppers, celery and seasonings all in the pot. This cuts way down at dinner time when many of my dinners are done in the crock. A roast, 2 jars of my stewed tomatoes, some potatoes and carrots ~ then some more waiting! mmmmmmm
