I used to spend my summers on an Amish farm in upstate New York and I can remember how fresh and lovely tasting the fresh grown fruits, veggies tasted. The dairy and meat was the best I have ever had! This looks like a wonderful rustic pizza recipe and I love asparagus! I also like this blog!

Asparagus is done for the season but we have plenty of tomatoes! That pizza looks so good I can’t wait…time to go to the store and get some asparagus.

Thanks for the compliment on the photo. That is my Monster at the Asparagus Festival last May. The same farm is also a fantastic beef ranch and grain farm. Hence the silos in the background.
